LOCATION:
Titilaka is strategically located on a private peninsula in front of Chucuito peninsula, on Lake Titicaca, Puno. Bounded by scenic Andean landscapes and one of the most exceptional geographic locations of the highland plateaus, it reminds us of the Scottish highlands or the Patagonia, with a clear crisp blue air and intense sunlight shining on the vast pastures. Titilaka is located on the western Peruvian coast of Lake Titicaca, amidst small hamlets of Quechua and Aymara cultures scattered around the lake or at the base of small hills to protect themselves from the high winds and strong sun. The hotel has its own private road and small jetty and outstanding views of both sunrise and sunset over the lake.

EXCURSIONS TITILAKA   Excursions & Activities

Excursions offered at Titilaka are included in the rates except for those specified as a special program or at additional cost. Our excursions are based on ¼ day, half-day, full day or 2 days duration and in three difficulty levels: Easy (I), Moderate (II), or Difficult (III). All excursions include private transport with driver and are guided by one of our trained professional interpreters in Spanish or English. Interpreters in other languages may be available upon request, subject to additional charge.
