Hidrospa
A 45-minute massage treatment given in a special tub equipped with more than 100 jets and mini-jets that apply a mixture of hot springs water and air to different parts of the body. Produces deep relaxation, reduces stress, and rheumatic pain; stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic systems; and soothes sore muscles.

Hot Springs Hydro Massage
A 20-minute massage treatment given in a Jacuzzi tub filled with high-sulfur-content hot springs water, between 34 and 40
Centigrade. Stimulates the circulatory system; alleviates bone, joint and muscular discomfort; reduces stress and produces a high state of relaxation.

Located on the lower floor of our Hot Springs Spa are two, 4-person sauna cabins (one for women, the other for men), each with a dry-heat system. Helps to cleanse and purify the skin; relieves body stress, producing an immediate sensation of well being. To enhance the experience, a cold shower and rest should be taken between each sauna session.

Shower Hose
A 5-to-10-minute hydro massage that uses a special shower hose and nozzle to apply a stream of pressurized hot or cold spring water to the back and legs. Reduces muscular tension; invigorates the circulatory and lymphatic systems; prevents and reduces the formation of cellulite.

Natural Steam Bath
Located on the lower floor of our Hot Springs Spa are Men's and Women's Steam Baths, using natural, high-sulfur-content hot
springs water. Ideal for opening up the respiratory passages, alleviating sinusitis, eliminating excess uric acid, cleansing the skin and helping the body to detoxify. To enhance the experience, a cold shower and rest should be taken between each bath session. This bath is highly recommended before a massage or Fango Therapy treatment.

Reflexology and Relaxation
A 75-minute treatment in which finger pressure is applied to the reflex zones of the feet to stimulate the internal organs and
systems of the body, helping to activate the body's natural healing ability and to restore balance. Afterward, a relaxing massage
promotes the further release of tension in the nervous and muscular systems, resulting in a deep state of relaxation and rest.

Reflexology
In the Neck and Head: A 30-minute treatment focused on the zones of the head and neck. Produces a decongestive effect,
stimulates blood circulation, reduces inflammation, lowers blood pressure; ideal for alleviating migraine and headache pain. Highly relaxing and strongly recommended for eliminating stress.

Reflexology Relaxing Massage
A special, 50-minute treatment for relieving accumulated stress, reducing muscle fatigue, and improving blood circulation.

Sports Massage
A 50-minute treatment for before or after sports activities. Helps to maximize performance potential, reduces muscle fatigue, and
eliminates toxins produced in the muscles during physical exercise.

Therapeutic Massage / Targeted
Ideal for the treatment of sensitive areas affected by muscular tension, stress and fatigue.

Anti - Cellulite Massage:
A reductive massage that works zones with the highest concentrations of cellulite. Special movements are used to generate heat to help dissolve body fat. Ideally, should be followed with a Sauna session and completed with a Shower Hose treatment.

Lymphatic Drainel
A massage therapy technique that helps to detoxify the skin and promote its renewal. Helps to drain toxins and prevent premature aging.

Shiatsu
(in Japanese, Shi means finger, and atsu, pressure)
An oriental massage in which the fingers, palms and sometimes elbows are used to exercise pressure on specific points of the
body to stimulate energy channels and the internal organs. Reduces stress, alleviates aches, pains, fatigue, and the symptoms of a variety of diseases.
