GETTING THERE: (In their own words)  Unspoiled and virgin, the Osa Peninsula is one of the most biologically diverse natural reserves in the world. A land where the outstanding scenery of the tropical rainforest mixes with the richness and calm beauty of the Golfo Dulce and the Pacific Ocean.

Villa Corcovado is strategically located on the Golfo Dulce Forestal Reserve, Peninsula de Osa, between the Corcovado National Park and Las Esquinas and Piedras Blancas National Parks.

The hotel is a 45 minutes flight from San José using the locally operated airlines. Guests are greeted by Villa Corcavado staff in the nearby town of Puerto Jimenez and taken by 4x4 vehicles to the hotel. Ground transportation from San José typically takes 5-6 hours.

Villa Corcovado is a remote tropical rainforest retreat with no telephones or faxes in the rooms, we have a cellular phone and a radio in the hotel in case of emergencies. We have walkie-talkies for radio contact on the property, and a computer with internet connection in the bar area. Fax machine and phone are available in the reception area.
