Our new Deluxe Bungalows offer a level of comfort never before available at Tulemar! The Deluxe Bungalows have a spectacular panoramic view of the lush jungle and Pacific Ocean. Indoor comfort is seamlessly blended with outdoor living to allow you to become one with the sights, sounds and smells of the tropical rainforest. All Deluxe Bungalows are walking distance from the private Tulemar Beach. Patrons who choose the Deluxe Bungalows will also gain access to our enticing Jungle Pool, equipped with its very own waterfall!

As you enter our spacious 1400 sq. ft. bungalows, you are greeted with a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and rainforest, as you look across the octagonal living room. The living area is outfitted with a cozy built-in couch where you can snuggle up to take pleasure in the view, or enjoy a good book while relaxing. Bi-fold doors open fully to allow the wraparound verandah to become one with the living room. Here, you can relax in the seating area, or enjoy outdoor meals prepared in the bungalow’s kitchenette. When you are ready to retire after an adventurous day or a relaxing one, you have the choice of a private bedroom off the living room and kitchen, or another, with a private verandah on the bottom floor. In the morning, enjoy your coffee on either verandah while delighting in the view and preparing for another enchanting day in the rainforest.

Tulemar's spacious 645 sq. foot bungalows provide all the luxurious comforts of home? only, perhaps, with a better view!.The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, mini bar, living room with sofa-beds, and air conditioned, master bedroom with two queen size beds, television and vcr, ideal for your family or just for the two of you.   The octagonal design of the bungalows was created so that you have a special view from every room.

RESTAURANT:
Tulemar Bungalows offers a first class International Restaurant: Tule Café, specializing in multi-ethnic cuisine with up to 45 recipes originating from countries throughout the world... Not only is the quality and variety of food at Tule Café to be noted, but also our restaurant facility which offers a spectacular view of the colorful sunsets as the tropical sun dips into the pacific ocean. Tule Café Restaurant was recently awarded best V.I.P treatment in a regional magazine, acknowledging our desire to serve each person with the up most quality. Our restaurant facilities open at 6:30 in the morning and close at 10:00 at night, and also offer room service free of charge during these hours.

SWIMMING POOL:
Tulemar's infinity swimming pool is the perfect place to enjoy a moment of refreshment under the tropical sun. The view from the pool overlooks the pacific ocean and the coastline, and the pool has been constructed with a trickle down edge that gives the illusion that the pool's water falls into the Pacific Ocean.  The view of the daily sunset from the pool area is indisputably one of the best in the area. Monkeys and sloth's are often seen in this area as they forage through the trees by the edge of the pool. TuleCafé serves food and beverage to the swimming pool area from six thirty in the morning until ten o'clock at night.

Our exclusive beach is located in a protected bay allowing your to take advantage of the various water activities that Tulemar offers, without having to worry about dangerous undertows or riptides. As a guest at Tulemar Bungalows, kayaks and snorkeling equipment are for your exclusive use. Turtle Trap Beach Bar ensures that you don’t have to go far to order your favorite cocktail or satisfy the rumbling in your stomach while you relax at the beach.

Tulemar Beach is honored to have been awarded the Bandera Azul Ecológica (Ecological Blue Flag). The blue flag is an award granted by representatives from the Costa Rican Tourism Board, Ministry of Health, National Water Company, Ministry of Environment and Energy, and the Chamber of Tourism. A blue flag this year was granted to 35 beaches in the entire country distinguishing our high standards based on the following criteria: quality (cleanliness) of ocean water, quality of drinking water offered at the beach, quality of the coast with respect to garbage, industrial drainage, and treated residual water, local environmental education, and level of beach security and administration.
