SPA Nutrition: We are what we eat! Therefore, we believe that organic food goes hand in hand with alternative medicine and the healing of the mind, body and spirit. As far as cuisine is concerned, in order to go forward we went back to the past as the renaissance did and for this reason we have our own organic gardens. The fruits, vegetables and herbs grown in this oasis will be freshly picked daily to create quality organic meals. We bake or own bread, we make our own pasta, our own marmalades and everything possible using only organic products. Come! and if you like, ground yourself with mother earth, get your hands dirty and pick the salad you will eat that day. Come and you will realize that life has another dimension!
