RESTAURANT: Savor the rich texture, color, and flavor of Costa Rican fusion cuisine in the stylish 1492 Restaurant. Its fifty-foot thatched palm ceiling and open layout are inspired by the architectural sensibility of ancient native cultures for a unique and relaxed dining ambiance.   Locally harvested seafood, fresh vegetables, and exciting spices infuse our dining offerings with an explosion of color and flavor. Should you wish to modify a dish or create your own, talk to our chef. Our culinary staff will spare no efforts to satisfy your palate or accommodate special dietary requirements.

INFINITY POOL: Our infinity edge pool sits at the pinnacle of Punta Islita’s tiered layout, overlooking the very ocean with which it seems to merge. Serene fresh water and placid skies create the perfect environment for adult swimming, reading, and relaxed sunbathing.

BORRANCHO BEACH POOL: A swimming pool set in tandem with the breaking waves and surrounded by landscaped gardens offers a playful atmosphere for adults and children alike.  Sip a refreshing Mojito at the swim-up bar or savor a delicate tilapia ceviche at the casual Borrancho Restaurant.   Children can also enjoy our swing and slide set at the Borrancho playground.

EXCERCISE ROOM:   Panoramic windows enhance your workout with inspiring views of the surrounding mountains and beach cove. Fully air-conditioned, our Exercise Room features a treadmill, a stepper, a spinning bike, free weights, and a Cybex multi-exercise station.

GOLF:   The driving range is being developed as a par 3 nine-hole course and should be completed by December 2006.  Clubs will be available for rental.

INTERNET CAFE: Web access is offered at the InterNet Cafe at the Hoyo en Uno Restaurant at the golf course.
