Papagayo:

In a soaring two-storey space open to poolside greenery, this casual, all-day restaurant serves continental cuisine and local specialties, beginning with an impressive breakfast buffet. Guests may enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner either indoors or on the adjoining patio. Open-air seating overlooks the daytime activity taking place around the Resort's pools.

Specialties:
A variety of seafood dishes combined with local ingredients makes a balanced, nutritional and distinguished menu. A children's menu is also available.

Congo's:

Al fresco on a terrace overlooking the pools and beach, this delightfully casual pool bar and grill offers local and American fare.

Specialties:
Food selections include sandwiches, salads and grilled local fish. A variety of vegetarian dishes and an inspired selection of nutritionally balanced, healthier fare are standard offerings on all menus. Children's menu available.

Events and promotions:
Congo's opens select evenings for dinner theme nights, including a Brazilian Churrascaria and Seafood Fair. Please inquire with Concierge for further details.

Di Mare:

Di Mare offers Italian specialties and exemplary service – and an ocean-view vantage point. Open for dinner, the restaurant serves superb fare that may be enjoyed indoors or on the fully screened outdoor terrace.

Di Mare also features a luxuriously appointed private dining room with seating for up to 30. Open screened windows allow guests to hear the rolling surf as they dine on an elegant four- to eight-course dinner designed in consultation with our chef.

Specialties:
The dinner menu changes daily and features the Executive Chef's finest creations. A variety of Italian and seafood dishes and an inspired selection of nutritionally balanced fare are offered on all menus. A children's menu is also available.

Caracol:

Located at the Four Seasons Golf Club, just a 10-minute shuttle from the Resort's lobby, Caracol is the perfect spot for lunch or dinner. Guests can relax on the terrace and take in Caracol's wonderful ocean views or watch the evening stars – or they can enjoy cocktails in the friendly atmosphere inside the restaurant.

Specialties:
For lunch, the restaurant serves a selection of gourmet sandwiches, paninis, burgers, light salads, tempting snacks and the Chef’s daily specials. After 6:00 pm, Caracol transforms into a casual steakhouse. Prime cuts of meat, hearty appetisers and home-style desserts highlight the dinner menu.

A children's menu is available for lunch and dinner.

Tico's:

With a shimmering gold-tiled wall as a backdrop, this airy lobby bar is a relaxed spot with views of the pools and beaches. The tropical air and friendly atmosphere of this open-air lounge allow guests to experience the true lifestyle of the Ticos, as the Costa Ricans are affectionately known. Comfortable couches and communal tables create the perfect environment for socialising – sip an exotic cocktail and enjoy the lively Latin trio that plays nightly. For those dining at Tico's, there are three restaurant menus to choose from. In the evening, you may opt for the chef's delicious sushi offerings.

Four Seasons In-Room Dining is a fine-dining experience within the comfort and convenience of your guest room or suite. Choose from an extensive menu, day or night – ideal for time-zone-hopping travellers, impromptu meetings or for quiet, private dining.

For the ultimate in romantic dining, the In-Room Dining staff can arrange a private dinner on the beach.
