OVERVIEW:
A unique beach front property in Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste with a high-end boutique eco concept comes alive with Hotel Bosque del Mar, Playa Hermosa.

We offer jacuzzi and swimming pool area, laundry service, gated parking, wireless internet access, Niromi  gourmet international restaurant, conference rooms, lounge bar and scuba diving center. Our rooms are distributed in twenty Junior Suites with two queen size beds and a living room, six Ocean Front Suites with jacuzzi and six Garden View Suites equipped with two queen size beds and a roll away sofa in every living room. We also offer 3 penthouses with or without a completely equipped kitchen.

ACCOMMODATIONS

JR SUITES
With a delicate environment characterized by Earth tones details, full of nature around and privacy, we have 20 Junior Suites spread in two floor buildings with garden front terraces. The design of this kind of room offers a bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a bathroom, plus a separate living room with mini bar.

Less than a minute walk from the beach, our Junior Suites are a great choice for families because every two rooms are connected by a door in the terrace, so you can be in touch and close enough if you are travelling with friends or family but still keeping your privacy and own space. Terraces are also a nice detail with these rooms, each one has a garden- pool view and in some case trees are literally crossing the building due we didnīt want to just cut them down, so we adapted the structure to the tree shape and this way we cause less environmental impact.

The Junior Suites are also preferred by couples, its intimacy and modern but cozy design is the perfect scenario for a romantic and relaxant stay. Our guests normally enjoy the warm living room where they can prepare their own costarican coffee or have their favorite tropical.

Steps away from the beach, the restaurant and the swimming pool and with a really close view of our tropical gardens our six Garden View Suites offer an amazing bedroom with 2 queen beds and a living room with a pleasant sofa bed.

Garden View Suites were designed to blend modern convenience with cozy and eco friendly elements in its architecture. There is an obvious sensitivity and respect towards the surrounding environment, trying to share this with the couples, families and friends who normally stay with us at Bosque del Mar.

BEACH FRONT SUITE
Right in front of the beach we have the new Ocean Front Suites, featuring a bedroom with 2 queen size beds, a comfortable living room with mini bar and a sofa bed, besides a spacious bathroom. Separate, a nice wooden terrace shares the amazing view with a great open air jacuzzi exclusive for each suite.

The Ocean Front Suites are surrounded by tropical gardens and the closes contact with the vibrant Pacific and scenic Playa Hermosa (Hermosa Beach), just few steps away. Technology, details and fine design are characteristics in this kind of suites, ideal for honeymooners or couples. Small families are also welcome here due the space and beds available.

PENTHOUSE SUITES
Sophistication and comfort are easily detected in our Penthouse Suites, in third floor of the hotelīs main building. We have called the whole floor as NANKU (Chorotega indigenous word for “home”) because in deed the idea is making the guests feel like they are staying in their own beach house with a master bedroom suite, a next additional room, two suites, kitchen, living room, mini gym and more.  Main suite NYURI (“bird” in Chorotega) with terraces, open air jacuzzi and mini gym, is available and individually rented with a side smaller additional room.

We also offer the opportunity of taking the Suites separately as OPOME I or OPOME II (“high” in Chorotega) which are twin Suites in the Penthouse. They can be rented together as well, with games room included and called YOKUE (“big” in Chorotega).

RESTAURANT & LOUNGE

NYA LOUNGE BAR
In the second floor of the main building, we have developed a modern but cozy area also beach front and called Nya Lounge Bar. The name comes (from old native Chorotega language) means “tree” and represents the importance of our concept of environmental responsibility, showing inside the lounge a part of a tree that comes from the ground (first floor). 

Our beach front Lounge Bar mixes a Hors d'oeuvre menu, music and the best drinks.

NIROMI RESTAURANT
The beach and surf view from the new Niromi Restaurant (“forest” in Chorotega native language), its great selection of dishes mixing international gourmet and semi gourmet style with Costa Rican flavors, and the top service of our staff are the perfect backgrounds to complete a dreamy vacation by the sea.

Since its opening in 2009, Niromi Restaurant is also preferred by many residents around Playa Hermosa area due our exquisite mix of gorgeous marble and wood dining hall, original and tasty dishes and a great location right in front of the beach and beautiful gardens around.

Guests are also delight eating from our carte during their stay. A completed dreamy breakfast menu is available from 7 – 10 a.m. (sometimes offered as buffet), later your favorite drink can be served anytime in the restaurant hall or while you enjoy the sun in the swimming pool or the beach. Carte with lunch, snacks or dinner options is open until 10 p.m.

• Spa Services are a highlight in our hotel, the mix of surf sounds and a relaxant body therapy is a great way to enjoy vacations. Paradise Spa, body & health center is ready to offer you the best service right on the beach or more privately in your room any day you decide from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. To reserve the service, please contact our Front Desk.
• A great dinning place with beach front view. Niromi offers an open air semi-formal restaurant. Starting the day Niromi serve breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and the rest of the day you enjoy lunch, dinner, your favorite drink or a snack anytime you want until 10 p.m.
• The Wireless Internet Access is available all over the property, so you can use it from your laptop if your are taking the sun on a beach chair, enjoying a drink at the pool deck or in your comfortable room.
