Your stay at The Cliffs Preserve will be as comfortable as it is adventurous. Depending on your party’s size, you can choose between private Suites located within our Oceanfront Residences, or reserve an entire Residence for your family’s stay.

OceanfrontVillas:
The Oceanfront Villas are nestled between the emerald green rainforest and the azure coastline of the Pacific offering all of the comforts of home with all of the amenities and services of a luxury resort. The two-bedroom residences average 3,500 square feet and the four-bedroom residences average 4,000 square feet. Each Villa is unique and was built with local materials by Chilean craftsman with techniques passed from generation to generation. These architectural treasures boast rustic yet elegant touches that reflect Patagonia. Each Villa offers a combination of king and queen beds, luxurious bathrooms with whirlpool tubs, fireplaces, private patios, and amenities such as music systems, international telephone, satellite televisions and wireless Internet.

Residential Suites:
The Residential Suites are located within the Oceanfront Villas and are anchored by a living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Each private Residential Suite offers a combination of king or queen beds, luxurious bathrooms with whirlpool tubs, fireplaces, private patios, and amenities such as international telephone, satellite television, and wireless Internet.

Junior Suites:
Our Junior Suites are located within the Oceanfront Villas and feature panoramic views of the Pacific Coast. Each 750 square foot Junior Suite offers a private entrance, choice of one king or two queen beds, kitchenette, luxurious bathroom with whirlpool tub, private patio and amenities such as international telephone and wireless Internet.
