Portofino is located 6 miles north of San Pedro and is accessible only by 15 minute journey by boat.

The resort has 8 cabanas directly on the beach with unobstructed views to the ocean, two suites on stilts with sweeping vistas to the ocean and one larger special honeymoon/VIP suite, also on  stilts and boasting Jacuzzi and special amenities.

All accommodations offer ceiling fans,   air-conditioning, queen size beds, picture windows to the ocean, deck with deck chairs and hammocks and individual decor and artwork.

Portofino prides itself on service, with 24-hour room and maintenance service, meet & greet upon arrival and shuttle service to/from San Pedro.  The beach is groomed daily, and a wide range of diving and water sports are available right from their own pier.

The dining room, La Cuisine, serves breakfast and lunch, but specializes in dinner with a medley of European cuisine ranging from Italian to Mediterranean highlighted by what chefs call Nouvelle Cuisine. The Green Parrot Bar is named after the original lodge on the site and has complete bar service and light snacks and sandwiches.
