This beautiful residence is located on Bustillo Avenue, kilometer 6 in a 3-hectare (7413 acres) site off the Nahuel Huapi coast. Among the natural wonders that the park has to offer, there is a waterfall of an impressive beauty surrounded by exuberant vegetation.

The residence hosted celebrities in the past and still does so now. Among others there were: Sha Reza Pahelevi and Fara Diva from Iran, The king and Queen of Belguim Baldunio and Fabiola, King Juan Carlos Borbón from Spain, Felipe Gonzalez, former Prime Minister of Spain as well as former President of Argentina, Carlos Menem and more recently the Duchess of York Sara Ferguson.

Together with the relaxing atmosphere of the place, La Cascada Hotel offers the privacy of 24 tastily decorated rooms with all kinds of comfort and exceptional views of the lake, the park and the waterfall.

There is an elegant restaurant, a cafeteria, a bar and solarium, where you can enjoy an informal lunch or a relaxed afternoon under the sun on the shore lake. Further facilities include: an indoor swimming pool, a workout room, a sauna and a massage room.

DINING:
La Cascada Hotel sports a most attractive restaurant with an exceptional view of the lake. Close attention to details has helped to create a warm atmosphere for our guests.
Our menu includes both international and local dishes, such as the Patagonian Lamb with garlic and anchovies, Mediterranean vegetables cooked in a cabernet reduction or our Jabali (a kind of pork) in a berry sauce and asceto reduction with pinapple chutney and ginger pears with smashed basil.

Another speciality: poached eggs over garlic crostinis and tomato with a green salad.

For dessert, an orange creme brulee in rosemary or goat cheese Quenels and pumpkin caramel can be the finishing touch of an unforgettable evening.

There is a cafeteria with the local and delicious pastry and a wine bar with the most famous Argentinian wines and the best international drinks.
The verandah and swimming pool are the ideal setting for an informal lunch in touch with nature. There are also snacks and repasts well suited for the younger ones.
