Molino de Cachi Adentro: El Molino de Cachi Inn snuggles at the foot of the magnificent snow-capped Nevado de Cachi mountain (6,720m) in the Calchaquí valleys of Salta province. The inn itself is built around a three hundred year old restored working mill dating from the time of the Jesuits.
