About El Bordo de las Lanzas:

Set in the flat, fertile valley just 37-miles east of Salta and at an altitude of 2500 feet above sea level, El Bordo de las Lanzas is one of the most historic "fincas" of the province.

Built in 1790, this lovely colonial estate is decorated with elaborate religious paintings and woodcarvings dating back to the 17th century.

El Bordo de las Lanzas covers 7500 acres and is a working ranch dedicated to  sugar-cane,  tobacco, cattle and jumping horses.

The main house is surrounded by lovely gardens. There is a swimming pool, and the estancia is rich in wildlife. From the estancia you can horseback ride to neighboring estancias. For dining, special dedication is given to preparing typical dishes of the area.

There are four double rooms with two bathrooms and a single room with a bathroom.
