ACCOMMODATIONS:
Each of the 14 rooms at Cavas Wine Lodge are free-standing, with natural comfortable exteriors and relaxed decor, a tue indoor/outdoor living experience. Space is the real luxury, the suite an apartment, the bathroom a spa, the epitome of refinement in a distant corner of the world. All rooms have a large master bath and dual vanities. The bedroom connects to a private outdoor terrace and also leads to a separate indoor living room featuring warm furnishings and unique art work. Each room has its own plunge pool and al fresco shower. SUMMER - December, January, February
Warm days and afternoons calls for refreshing oneself with the sensations of water and coolness. The average temperature is 86F. The mornings and afternoons are pleasant, and during the cool nights the thermomenter drops.

AUTUMN - March, April, May
The season of harvest and the yellow folliage. Poplars, cedars and the ocre vines make a true haven for the eyes. The days are sunny and calm, and the nights slowly begin to cool down.

WINTER - June, July, August
Time spent in Mendoza during the winter includes enjoying the magnificent views of the Andes covered in snow. The average daytime temperature is 59 F and the average nighttime temperature drops to 35F.

SPRING - September, October, November
When spring arrives the vineyards become a brillant green again and the vigor of the vines begins to return. During the day the temperatures are pleasant and at night cool vergining on cold. The countryside is once again irresistible and invites extensive explorations.
