Bodega La Rosa

Cafayate, Argentina

The Bodega La Rosa is located in Cafayate in the Province of Salta and the Calchaqui Valley, surrounded by vineywards.  It is a drive of 2 1/2 hours south of Salta, or two hours north of Tucuman.

Inside, the old house boasts a traditional colonial architecture, with thick walls and an ample corridor with round arches, close to a bell tower. There are only 4 rooms and one suite, each with a rural charm. There is a typical patio with geraniums and rosebushes, dining room, lounge and library area.

Activities available in the area include horseback riding, trekking, vineyard visits, fishing, archaeological visits and photographic safaris.
