There are 12 rooms and 3 suites, each equipped with safety deposit and stero system. Each of the fifteen rooms joins beauty with comfort harmoniously, in a subtle, different, unique way.All rooms have heating, private bath and international direct-dial telephone. Electricity is AC 220.  What they do not have: TV.  All rooms are non-smoking.

The cuisine at Las Balsas has been honored as a member of the internationally-prestigious Relais & Chateau. Smoked trout and game mingle with fresh vegetables and fruits from the nearby woods. Memorable home-made confectionery and pastry specialties stand out, together with the good wine from the southern hemisphere.

There is a lovely spa, located in a separate building made of stone and local woods.

The oriental-style massage room is upstairs in a tower with soaring roof,  windows for natural light, and nooks filled with oils and candles. On the other side of the building on the second floor there is a rest and relaxation room.

There is also a sauna, an outdoors Jacuzzi, Scottish shower, and  aerobic machines.
